After WordPress 5.8 Update: widget titles broken

Hello,

I have the same problem as this user after updating WordPress to the latest version: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/classwidget-title-appear-before-widget-title/

I installed the Classic Widget Plugin because I thought it has to do with the new widget blocks but that didn’t help. I deactivated all third party plugins but the problems remains.

You can see the problem in the footer.
