After WP upgrade to 6.7 custom translations on the theme/child-theme are gone

After WordPress upgrade to 6.7 the custom translations on the theme/child-theme are gone.

The Locotranslate plugin is used for translations, the strings are located in the custom folder.

Please fix it.

There is a known issue with Loco Translate plugin that can’t be fixed with a custom code in the theme. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/known-issues-with-wordpress-6-7/

In the translation settings, you need to go to the relocation tab and select the system folder
