How can we use that? Is there a HTML block or something? Where is it? How can i import it?

I updated the woodmart version and then I saw the age verification option.

Now I have 2 problems with age verification popup:

1) It is at the botton of the site as text (not popup).
2) The buttons are align to the left.

At my side there is not popup, I tried with several computers and smartphones.

Also, in the screenshot you sent, the popup is not working well because it has to show the popup mesage with the options “I AM 18 OR OLDER” “I AM UNDER 18” and then show the error message if the age is under 18. In that screenshot is showing all together.

What I see is just text after the footer, as you can see in this picture.

I created an Staging Site and desactivated all plugins. The age verification popup still not working how it should.

As you can see in this image, the popup is showing the question “Are you over 18?” and the message “Acces Forbidden” at the same time.

I can’t traduce the buttons of the age verification popup with Loco plugin. The plugin works good for others traductions in the theme.

We are aware of the problem and now we are working under fixing it for the new release. If you want to change the text urgently, you can do it in woodmart/inc/template-tags.php file, find this function woodmart_age_verify_popup() https://prnt.sc/rg8xnb and translate.

As soon as the new version has been released you will be able to translate it in the Loco plugin.
