Did you test these plugins with the Storefront theme?

We have not tested the theme with all the plugins thus we cannot guarantee full compatibility. Please consider disabling AJAX Add to cart feature.

Hello, I disabled the ajax cart… and I tested with other themes and works only with your theme does not work please solve otherwise I bought the theme for nothing and I will want to return the money if this option is not compatible with plugins from woocomerce. with i knew and respect. I hope you understand me I would not want to make a request to return money but solve this thing.

Our AJAX add to cart option doesn’t work with plugins that add extra fields to the form. This information is mentioned in the option’s description and we are not able to do anything with that https://gyazo.com/1b7b29006ec27fac0d2257d404517afb
Note that other themes will not work with this plugin if they have AJAX add to cart. You can make it work only by disabling the AJAX option no matter which theme you use.
