Hello WoodMart Support Team,
I have found an AJAX update issue affecting all custom Cart Layouts created through the WoodMart Layout Builder with Elementor.
Versions currently installed:
* WoodMart: 8.5.5
* WoodMart Core: 1.1.8
* WooCommerce: 10.9.4
* Elementor: 4.2.0
When I use the standard WooCommerce cart, changing a product quantity correctly and immediately updates:
* the cart totals;
* the free-shipping progress bar;
* the product quantity and cart amount displayed in the cart element in the website header.
However, when any custom Cart Layout created through the WoodMart Layout Builder is active, the following problems occur:
* the free-shipping progress bar does not advance when quantities are changed below the free-shipping threshold;
* sometimes it updates only when the €59 free-shipping threshold is crossed;
* when the quantity is subsequently reduced, the progress bar does not return to its previous state;
* the product quantity and cart amount displayed in the header cart element remain fixed at their initial values;
* the header cart updates only after manually reloading the page.
I reproduced the issue using a completely new and unmodified custom Cart Layout, so it is not caused by my original custom layout or by the free-shipping progress-bar widget.
I also performed the following tests:
* the issue persists in an InPrivate browser window;
* it persists through a public Cloudflare Tunnel, so it is not caused by the LocalWP environment;
* no caching or optimization plugins are installed;
* the issue persists after temporarily disabling my custom Althenlabs plugin;
* the standard WooCommerce cart works correctly;
* the checkout page updates correctly.
Therefore, the issue appears to be specifically related to the AJAX refresh mechanism used by custom Cart Layouts in the WoodMart Layout Builder.
Could you please investigate this issue and provide a compatible patch or fix?
The website is currently under local development. I can provide temporary public access through a secure tunnel if required.
