Ajax error

After importing base dummy content, I encountered the below message and it seems Ajax elements has not been working on my website.

Hosting provider: HostGator

Import Ajax problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact out theme support for help.

I tried to use the template library but it seems its not working for me. I have attached the screen shot and request you to let me know how to change the 3 headings:
Biography
Fantasy
History
I tried to change but whenever I tried to change any settings in Ajax Product tab element, it just disappeared after save and had to undo the changes. Request you to look into the issue and let me know how to fix the Ajax error problem.

I am also not clear what you mean by “Admin rights” as I have already shared admin details for WordPress with you in my earlier response. I guess you want hosting server admin rights. If so please let know and I will share that too immediately.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

I want to create a new page and test without the plugins.
