mdilisioParticipantHello. I am trying to install the Furniture demo (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-furniture/demo/furniture/) and when doing so it shows me an ajax error (see attached).
What could it be due to?
It is the second license I have purchased. I installed the previous one without problems on a hosting. For this one I am doing it on a new hosting imposed by the client. In theory, the configuration of the PHP values is appropriate.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Sorry, but the password seems to be wrong and we can’t enter your dashboard. Please, provide us with a valid password.
Also, you need to install a proper SSL certificate since it may affect the import process too.Kind Regards

mdilisioParticipantSorry, there was a character missing at the end of the pass.
Again.November 1, 2023 at 6:10 pm #509144
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function https://gyazo.com/bbddf7b9a2b5ff37985b443fcb977537
Kind Regards

mdilisioParticipantI have PHP configured as you can see in the attachment. Additionally, they assure me that “max_input_vars” is set to 10000.
I raised “max_execution_time” from 128 to 512.
With this, charging went from 30% to 70%.November 1, 2023 at 6:30 pm #509148
Artem TemosKeymasterThe timeout is currently set to 60 seconds. We recommend you contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.

mdilisioParticipantSorry to bother you.
I increased the timeout to double and now the demo import process has completed.
But now it shows a 403 error when trying to view the site.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

mdilisioParticipantThanks for the follow up.
There I tried Twenty Twenty Three and Storefront.
Everything seems to work fine with them. Captures are attached.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterIt seems like your server blocks the request when our theme is activated. You need to contact your server provider and ask them to give a log of the error that happens on the home page when it blocks the request.
Also, try to disable mod_security temporarily.November 2, 2023 at 3:22 pm #509369
mdilisioParticipantI’m going to ask the hosting for the error log.
How do you temporarily disable mod_security?November 2, 2023 at 3:28 pm #509372
Artem TemosKeymasterAsk your hosting provider to disable this module too.
Kind Regards

mdilisioParticipantHello. I was talking a little with the hosting.
We saw that when “mod_security” is disabled the site looks fine. When I enabled it again it showed the server error 403 again.Beyond this, at the time the site looked good, the items in the navigation menu and the top bar were seen in triplicate (I suppose it was an error in the demo import).
I attach a file with the error log and some images that show errors.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
As we can see, there are some issues with the SSL certificate on your server. We don’t see any errors caused by the theme in the logs. Please, continue consulting with your hosting provider on this matter.
Kind Regards

mdilisioParticipantGood day.
At this moment I had this response from the hosting people:
“A couple of plugin functions on your site were considered threats by the firewall, so we set up specific rules to allow such processes.”Now the site looks good with Woodmart.
Later we will review the issue of the SSL certificate. Thanks for answering.
