Ajax Error!!! error – Slider Revolution

when trying to edit or remove and dummy slider from Fashion layout Ajax Error appear.

Contact with hosting company, they said that there is now issue with server configuration.

Ask them to investigate this error too. Also, disable all external plugins and switch to the default WP theme to see that it is not our theme’s error.

they confirmed that this is no server error because even I can’t save a layer hide option in slider setting. and you can find in dashboard that there is no any other plugin but only theme default plugings.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
