Ajax Error Revolution Slider

I Hello,
I’m getting an Ajax Error ( “Ajax Error!!! error” ) when trying to update the slides on Revolution Slider. Any ideas? I’ve tried deactivating the other plugins on the site, but was still getting the error.
Can you help me please?

Please confirm the permit to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme for the period of checking what may take up to 20 minutes.
