alyciabedelParticipantHello,
I am contacting you because Ajax filters are not working on the shop page and the blog.
I looked at the existing threads to try to find a solution. I have already tried to:
– Disable all plugins and re-enable them one by one to see.
– Clean table in WooCommerce.
– Check store links.
– Uninstall and reinstall the theme.Despite all his attempts, nothing works. Would it be possible to look if I give you the access codes to the site in private?
Because this one is in maintenance to avoid any order. I am asked to quickly resolve the problem.
Can you help me please ?
I put you a video as an example since the site is in maintenance.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please install the free Classic widget plugin if you have not done that yet.
Then try to regenerate “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools: https://take.ms/LGpvf
In addition, please check Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > Advanced tab and disable Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.
You need to insert the widgets into the Shop page widget ara.
Best Regards

alyciabedelParticipantHello,
I followed your instructions to the letter, but it still doesn’t work. Certainly the other filters in the widget work but not the AJAX type search filters and the product category menu.
This is quite problematic because my employer really wants his elements on his site.
We had to launch the site despite the malfunction. If you want to see the problem : https://90alheure.com/locations/
How to make it work again?
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You have added one attribute in the shop page widget area. This attribute has one item https://gyazo.com/2e094ed052984ed0c25a4f9f70e51769 and it is not assigned to any products https://gyazo.com/651a761f94cfd53bf826e054b80d0187 You need to create more items to the attribute and assign them all to different products.
Woocommerce filters work only on the shop page or product categories pages.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

alyciabedelParticipantHello,
I confirm that my page is indeed a shop page and configured as such.
Despite this, the AJAX filter with the menu and icons does not work.
I would like a real solution…
Best Regards
