Ajax filters shop

Hello,

Is it normal the ajax filters like woodmart woocommerce layered nav or product categories don’t work when we use them in the elementor builder ?

When they are in widget it’s work good with Ajax, but if we use them in elementor builder it’s not ajax anymore.

Woodmart woocommerce layered nav or product categories widget work only on the shop or category page.

You can try AJAX product element in Elementor.

Thank you for the answer, I use it on the page builder elementor for the product archive (shop page) so it’s normal it’s not working ?

Do you think there is any solution to make custom Product archive page (shop page) and have the feature of ajax filters

The Woocommerce widgets work in the Sidebar only. You need to add the widgets into the Shop page widget area in Appearance > Widgets. In any other places, widgets would not work.

Widgets are Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence. Our support does not cover changing Woocommerce functionality.

What widget do you mean? All the WoodMart widgets are Woocommerce by their functionality. We have changed the appearance and added features.

I means,

On shop default woocommerce page, if we use widget the “elements” filters are ajax like ajax products categories / Ajax color filters etc….

But if we use this same elements in custom page it’s not ajax anymore.
