Ajax For Pages & Categories

Hi, how can I create an Ajax element for pages (not products) like you have on this page

(where it says All/Accessories/Decor etc)

Also For some reason I don’t have some of the pages with the base import. Like some Portfolio pages are completely missing when I import Base Content.
