AJAX import error

I just got the theme and on a refresh installation activated the theme. Installed all the required plug-in

When I try to important any demo content I get:

I am getting Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

I have a basic setup on AWS:

EFS – WP files
ELB – Auto Scaling
2 Instances
a) Bastion
b) t3a.xlarge-WP
1 RDS
2 memcache servers

I solved the problem by increate Idle time-out on ELB
