Please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent if you activated the child theme. If the problem persists, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area and advise which demo you want to upload. We will take a closer look at the case.

theme message : API server is temporarily not available. We are moving our API to a new server. It may take up to 48 hours to update all DNS zones and then you will be able to activate the theme.
