AJAX import error.

Dummy content import error:
“AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.”

I have followed the instructions about deactivating external plugins, reinstalled the theme several times and the problem persists. I would appreciate your help as soon as possible.
