AJAX import error

Hi,

I am trying to install the theme Fashion Color of WoodMart and I am getting the error below “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.”.

In attached status.jpg, plugins.jpg and error.jpg to see more details. Also I put on details the information of admin credentials to access the wordpress and check the problem.
