AJAX import error.

I am trying to import prebuilt website but facing an error in importing
I dont have any external plugin why its not being installed please look at the issue its my second time writing my issue

It can’t process the dummy content import. You may try to contact your hosting provider for help on this matter. Or try to use a different hosting.
