AJAX Import Error, everything disabled, still dont work

I recently purchased the theme and encountered some initial issues while attempting to import the Demo Content and some other issues.
– When I clicked the “Create Child Theme” button, it didn’t respond, so I ended up installing it manually.
– Additionally, when I tried to install the plugins, they only seemed to load within the wizard but didn’t execute. Consequently, I installed them directly from my “Plugins” tab as a workaround.
– Currently, my main problem revolves around the inability to import the demo content for “Electronics” due to an Ajax error. I’ve made several attempts to resolve this issue based on advice from various support threads, including:
+ Deactivating all plugins that are not related to Woodmart.
+ Increasing the max execution time to 320.
+ Temporarily deactivating the child theme and reverting to the parent theme.
+ Increate the Time Out with my Hosting ProviderI’ve included my website and relevant information in the Private Content. Could you please review my setup and assist with importing the “Electronics” demo content?
Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could investigate the issues I mentioned earlier regarding child theme creation, plugin installation via your wizard, and demo content import.
I hope you can provide a solution to these challenges.

We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function https://gyazo.com/3e7c689b12bf436aa02bfbc09ddfe528
