    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Still getting the “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.
    ”

    We building this on client VPN thru putty on ubuntu

    Hi,

    We getting Ajax error and attached screenshot showing critical error coz of media already existing.

    We deleted those media files thru filezilla still getting the error.

    Hello,

    We just released an update with a fix. Please, try to clear your website and database and reinstall it from scratch. Use our latest theme version 6.4.2.
