I tried to disable all the plugins – the same thing.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

So, the prebuilt website imported.
But after that the website started working VERY VERY slowly.
I returned an old back up of Astra theme I had before and now it’s loading very quickly.

So, I am considering a refund.

Or, If you can install it correctly for me – I would not mind.
I have good hosting, but speed is super crucial for me.
I think I can give you all the credentials to my admin panel as we don’t sell anything there and there is no really important information there yet.
