I want to download the theme’s templates, but an error occurred and installation is not possible.

1. Only 3 essential plugins are installed: Elementor, woodmart, and WooCommerce.

2. Among the php server settings, max_execution_time and max_input_time have also been changed to 3000.

Even though I set it as above, the import does not work.

What should I do?
