    HelpHelp! I just bought the theme and I have this error:

    AJAX import failed. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

    I already tried disabling plugins and still can’t import the demo.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    The problem is caused by incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

    Please update WordPress and try again. One more thing: the demo should be uploaded when the parent theme is active.

    I’ve already tried with https and with the parent theme, but I still get the same error.
