AJAX Problem

I updated the theme recently, and found there are two problems.
1. I use cloudways server and cloudfare cdn, and recently my site always occur s504 and 404 error. They check and found that high hits to admin-ajax.php — this is the WordPress Heartbeat and it is a known consumer of CPU resources, which can result in a general slowness on everything on the server. They suggest me that the issue is related with the theme’s code, let me reach out to the theme author and share the issue with them so you can best assist me with its resolution.
2. When I click Add to Cart, the button keeps spinning in circles. After waiting for a long time, it jumps directly to the shopping cart page. Is this normal?

1. admin-ajax.php is a core WordPress file that handles all AJAX requests on your website. And the heartbeat is a standard WordPress functionality that is not related to the theme.

2. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

The screenshot show the woodmart ajax function make the page slow then occur 524 error
besides, for the second problem, how to resolve? I use breeze plugin.

The screenshot shows AJAX search request. Yes, we tried your website and the search doesn’t work at all. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
