    Hello,

Yet another problem discovered after your latest big update. Users on secondary language pages (WMPL) can no longer use the ajax quick “add to cart” icon on the product pages. The spinner keeps spinning and nothing happens. This eventually creates a 503 server error. Customers also tell us that they cannot always get to Checkout (page just keeps on trying to load). This is a disaster for us right now as it is on a live site.

In the private content I have provided a URL to the site and a video showing the error. Please help ASAP. Thank you

    Hello,

I have updated to Woodmart version 6.0.4 but this has not helped. Still on secondary language pages we cannot add to cart (ajax problem) via the category pages. Can someone please help with this ASAP.

    Hello,

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Do you require FTP access? As it is a live site, I ask you to keep the plugin “CMP – Coming Soon & Maintenance Plugin” activated which hides the site from customers.

Let me know if you require FTP details and I will set site access up for you.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Please find in private area access details for our live site. We have taken a copy, but we ask you to be very careful in any case.

If you can look at this ASAP it would be appreciated. We have a holding page up on the website to stop visits whilst you look at this.

If you need FTP access please let me know.

    Hello,

We have checked the issue with the default theme and we see the same: https://gyazo.com/f6b0c3733ecf317728768745fb850bd3

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Best Regards

OK I already deactivated all the plugins except for your theme, WooCommerce and WPML. The problem still exists.

As I said, this problem only came after I updated your theme, which I agree is strange.

I need a fix for this ASAP and am happy to pay you to look at this.

OK I found the plugin which is causing this. It is the latest WooCommerce plugin 5.2.2.

I uploaded an old copy of our site to a test environment and all worked correctly. I then updated each plugin one by one. As soon as I updated WooCommerce from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2 I got the same problem again. When I tried to rollback WooCommerce to 5.2.1 I get a 503 error on all shop pages.

So there is an incompatability/bug with the latest WooCommerce version.

    Any idea how we proceed?

    Hello,

We have not got any issues connected with the recent Woocommerce plugin. I see you have a lot of plugins and I would first of all check the issues without them.

Please leave these plugins only + WPML:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    And check how it works.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

We made a copy of the website and uploaded it to a different domain to check. The website on the other domain (even though the files were identical) did not have this problem. How can that be? Do you have any idea why that might be. It is on the same hosting account.

Very strangely the website where it works is using Apache and the website with an issue is using Nginx. We switched to Apache and very oddly the problem disappeared. Hopefully it is not temporary!

You can close this. Thank you.

    Hello,

You could transfer the site incorrectly, try this plugin: All in one WP migration it is free for not big sites.

    Best Regards
