Ajax product filter does not work

when i change the price bar for filter the products as per prices. after ajax loadig the page automatically redirected to 404.
[Enable shop filters widget’s area above the products.] when i on this then filter working fine. but from the side bar filter option its redirected to 404

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
