Hi, I’m using the ajax product tab and for some items the system does not save the attribute in the field “category or tag”. For most of the items all is fine, but there are some that does not want to be saved!
    Look at the image attached.
You can see the missing link clicking on the item “Merlot, cos’altro?” in the page https://staging.acinolilla.com/le-nostre-selezioni/#
other items that does not work are:
    – Pepe, spezie e altre cose
    – Sauvignon Blanc, amore mio!
    – Cabernet Sauvignon, il latin lover

I suspected that the element does not like the comma, but it’s not true. I renamed the attribute name “Sauvignon Blanc, amore mio!” to “Sauvignon Blanc amore mio” but it’s anyway not saved.

    Can you give a look?
    thank you

    Hello,

I have visited your site and selected the “Birre” Category in the “Pepe, spezie e altre cose” tab. The Products are showing fine in the “Pepe, spezie e altre cose” tab.

of course it worked the “Pepe, spezie e altre cose” tab worked as it had inside the right attribute.
I did not say that all attributes are not saved, but only some. In my opinion, the attribute’s name with a comma inside cannot be saved.

Please follow this rule: each tab must have inside in the field “Categories or tags” an attribute whose name must be equal to the tab name itself.
Actually, all tabs containing a comma has the fields “Categories or tags” empty.

try yourself adding to the following fields the attributes aside:
    – tab: Pepe, spezie e altre cose –> attribute: Pepe, spezie e altre cose
    – tab: Sauvignon Blanc, amore mio! –> attribute: Sauvignon Blanc, amore mio
    – tab: Cabernet Sauvignon, il latin lover –> attribute: Cabernet Sauvignon, il latin lover

    Hello,

I have tested your “Pepe, Spezie e Altre Cose Belle” attribute. In your case you have not added any product in this attribute. Now i have selected the “Pepe, Spezie e Altre Cose Belle” attribute in “1701 Brut Nature Franciacorta DOCG” product. It is working fine.

Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.

    Best Regards.

ok, so you’re saying that the reason is the lack of products with that attribute.

Anyway, I do not this it’s a proper behaviour, as you can imagine, the wines constantly goes in/out of stock, so that what if an “attribute” goes out of stock? will it be removed from the element?

In my opinion, you’d allow to add an attribute/category/tag even if empty, and if empty nothing is displayed …

    Hello,

No it will not be removed when the product is out of stock. You need to configure the attributes in the edit product page. Then you can see products in the selected tabs. This is how it works.

Please check this how it works:

    Best Regards.
