    All of the queries in my AJAX Product Tabs have disappeared and none of the components are displaying the correct products anymore. I did not change any settings or install any new plugins.

    There is a compatibility problem with the latest Elementor PRO update. We will fix this issue in the next update.

    Hello,

    Is there an ETA for this update, or a snippet that will deal with this specific problem? My site is fully dependent on this component. I have five of them just on my homepage and dozens more elsewhere.

    I cannot run your beta on my live site — too many unknown risks. Can you give any estimate on when it will be a full release? This is having a significant impact on many aspects of my site.

    My support license for Woodmart expires on February 23, 2022. I need to know that XTemos will provide me with the latest version of the theme when this issue is fixed, regardless of the status of my license. I do not want to be stuck with this defective version and left to figure out the bugs on my own.

    Thank you, but I am not comfortable testing a beta “special fix” on my live site.

    The reality is that you have some support team members telling us the final fix will be ready by the end of the month, and other saying there’s no timeline and it’ll be ready when it’s ready. Whatever has gone wrong here, you owe your users a straight answer. Your theme is now causing serious business disruptions for many people, myself included, and I’m tired of being told different things about what caused the problem and how XTemos intends to solve it.

    You can just replace files from the provided archive. It is a tested solution and the next update will have the same fix.
