It seems i have the same issue with products grid or carousel. It doesn’t show any categories.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Theme and Woodmart core plugin. Then check back.

If the issue still occurs then provide the admin panel login details of the website.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Can you please confirm that you have connected and working on the issues. It’s been 3 days since i can’t work on the site.

It happens because your attributes have very long slugs (more than 28 characters). WooCommerce allows up to 28 symbols so you need to reduce them and resave https://take.ms/pJ4Jg

That is not the reason. I added a test category named “test” and that doesn’t show either.

You need to reduce slugs for all current attributes first.
