AJAX Products Tabs not displaying properly

I am using the AJAX products tab on the home page. I am filtering each category with specific product ID #’s. It works fine when i am logged into wordpress and the admin. But when i logout as a regular user, the filters do not work and it just displays products randomly. Any ideas on this?

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Please clear the cache and check again, I have checked your tabs in both logged in and in incognito, I see the product you have selected for each tab. If you mean the order, you can find the option to set the order in the widget.

I have cleared the cache and checked both on mobile and incognito window. Still having the same issue. Checked with other developers and they see the problem. If this module is too glitchy, i will have to change things up and find a module that works properly within the site.

The same products are seen on both in logged in and logged out state.

There is the option to set the order of the products and you have set “Random”: https://gyazo.com/85d9bf20a03c5f9918a35055cb34f189

Please change this setting as per your needs.

That is not the problem. The problem is WHEN YOU ARE NOT LOGGED IN, the items do not display properly….or filter properly. See this video (sorry….it’s a quick vid on my phone….but you can see what i mean).

Please update the WoodMart Core plugin in Appearance > Install plugins and then clear the cache and check how it works.

Still does not work. I’m going to use a different plugin for this feature. Let me know if you guys figure out a way to get this module to work.
