Ajax Search have bug

hi , i have many item in categoris , but in serach bar , SELECT CATEGORY drop down menu , only show one item , how to fix it ?

and how to change SELECT CATEGORY name ?

The “Select Category” field doesn’t show the empty categories, so make sure that your new categories are not empty and check the issue again.
