To access the available options related to Search under the Theme, please navigate to Dashboard > Theme Settings > General > Search.

In case, if you want to use the Relevanssi Search then the Theme Settings has an option to enable that under the above said location. Here is the Plugin URL.

Make sure that you have the “Use Relevanssi for AJAX search” option turned on in Theme Settings -> General -> Search.

If the problem remains, Please provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Sorry to say but as far as we have previewed your Site and checked the Search concern for View All Results and search seems to be working fine when we click on View All Results. And I found that if we delete the post type in url, the search function is fine

Hello,

It seems that the Layout that was enabled on your Site for the Archive pages was also applied on the Search result page which is why it seems that the View All Results doesn’t look like to you as the Search result being generated. So, we excluded the Search Result page from those Layouts > and now the Search Result page appears fine and shows the results accordingly. Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.
