    Dear sir/ Madam,

    I’m using All in One Support Button plugin.
    The button is only able to appear on the English page.
    I’m using WPML for multilanguage.

    Is that problem related to Basel theme?

    Hello,

    Most likely this is the issue of the plugin translation with WPML.

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
