Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Make sure that you have some backups on your server, if so then apply it.
Some servers do backups each day, so check the settings of your server or contact their support and check it.
Kind Regards

andrea.fullstackParticipantYes I revert to the old version of the theme and it fixed the problem, but why I can’t update it? is it a bug?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I suggest you create a clone of the site and move it to the staging platform so then I can check the settings of the site before updating, update it and check how it works after the update.
Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

andrea.fullstackParticipantMy website is hosted in a EC2 instance. I usually test changes locally and, on the local environment as well, all the side menus are losing all the custom styling i made with css and js. The code is still there when i check in custom css/js and all the other customization work fine. I think the problem is with the html blocks.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The child theme is empty so I see only custom CSS in Theme Settings. Also, some HTML structure was changed so some CSS classes were updated.
Send me screenshots of which areas of the site started to show as not configured under your CSS.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Okay, understood. So can I change themes to check that issue in the latest version of the theme?
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

andrea.fullstackParticipantIf you think that it gonna work with no issues, because tomorrow I a review of the website with colleagues to go live and is not so good if the menus are not working.

andrea.fullstackParticipantIs there any update on this topic?
February 28, 2024 at 4:26 pm #544733
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The issue is in the custom code that adds those values: https://take.ms/asa2r so you need to remove that custom and the dropdown will look well.
