All the pages & functionalities shown in demo are not imported

Hello Team,

I have purchased your theme and tried by importing different templates from it. I initially like the plants one and tried. The functionalities like checking the options on product card itself and adding cart from there itself is not working. Nor cart page and checkout pages are working. Mini cart also showing different distored design.

I tried the imports different times. I selected the Elemetor page builder on setup. And there were some old templates also I moved to trash before starting the import. But it did not work as expected.

As I can see, all the plugins are still turned on. Could you please turn them off?

Also, use the Private content field to share your website information to hide it from others.

I have deactivated the plugins. Please feel free to deactivate or activate the any plugin while you do have access to it. And guide me when the issue is resolved that which plugin caused the issue

We don’t see the Cart and Checkout pages created. Try to recreate them manually or using WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Create pages.

Also, it seems like you have enabled Elementor’s cart widget that replaces our theme’s widget and its style. You can disable it in Dashboard -> Elementor -> Settings -> Integrations https://gyazo.com/c740c3031eb1238ff47e5b747a0c6941

But while I am clicking on the products having options and variants. It is redirecting to the single product page. While it must open the options view on the prodcut card and add to the cart from there.

Can you please also check that one?

It appears to be broken by the Elementor preloader, which activates on any button click. We suggest disabling it on your website. Alternatively, you can use our theme’s preloader if you require it.

Can you please send me more details about how can I activate the theme pre-loader?

You can do this in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Preloader.
