Allow Non-Logged-in Users to Upload Images in Product Reviews

Hello,
We are using the Woodmart theme. In the product review section, we would like users to be able to upload images. However, currently only logged-in users can upload images. We would like non-logged-in users to be able to upload photos when submitting a product review as well.
We noticed that the theme blocks image uploads unless the user is logged in. We also found this note in the 2020 changelog:
ADDED: Message to review form if image upload enabled but user not login
Is there any way to remove or disable this restriction? Or could you guide us on how to modify this behavior via functions.php or another method?

Thanks for reaching to us.
Unfortunately, there is no such option by default in our theme. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
