also have Klarna checkout problem with woodmart

I see a lot of problems here in forum with klarna plugin and woodmart.

If customer select klarna in checkout page the website redirect him back to cart page and in browser they see this error url/message:

– We do not have any custom layouts for cart, detailpage or checkout page in elementor and also not in woodmart -> layouts.
-> We also disabled all plugins, that does not solve our problem.
-> we switched to woodmart storefront theme and after that the cart and klarna working fine.
-> we contact klarna plugin developer and they told us its an theme issue and we need to contact you.
-> Memory limit: 2G

How to fix it please?

If you select paymet method KLARNA -> It shoud open the provider page KLARNA for checkout.
By using storefront its working and new windows (klarna payment provider) is open to complete the order.
But when we activate your theme: after click on BUY NOW in checkout page woodmart step back to cart page with error url in browser url field.
Please check the attached video.

I can see a lot of users have this issue and you fixed it by patch and with in next update.
Some other issues you was able to fix it by disable the custom cart layout and custom checkout layout.
But we do not using an custom layout.

Yes, you can do. After finished your work please switch back to woodmart.

It means that this issue is not caused by Woodmart.

– After enabled woodmart theme again the widgets from left sidebar in product category page are missing now.
Why?
– Our developer told us: by disable theme and core plugins of woodmart the klarna checkout was working fine in privat tab. Did you test it already after disabled woodmart core plugin?

Hello,

The problem that may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/

Yes, we checked without our theme and it didn’t work either.
