    Hi Xtemos team,
I’m using WoodMart theme and when setting Amazon Pay with woocommerce it’s not working, visitors can’t pay with Amazon Pay.
When choosing Amazon Pay method in checkout the url bar address shows at the end of the URL:
    #amazon-pay-classic-id-that-should-not-exist
and the checkout page is keep loading and nothig happened, it’s not redirecting to Amazon Pay, here is a screenshot

I tried to change the theme to Astra theme and place order with Amazon Pay, it’s working properly with other theme and redirect me to Amazon Pay login screen.
There is another thread about the same issue, see here

Please help me solve this issue as soon as possible.
    Thank you/

    Hi maxvory,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor or WPBakery plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

If it doesn’t help, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access to Private Content area, I will debug that issue.

    Regards,

    Hi,
I switched the theme from Woodmart child to Twenty Twenty-Three and it’s working properly and redirect to Amazon Pay login page.
The issue happens with WoodMart theme only.
    Thank you.

    Hi maxvory,

As your Site is currently Live so I would suggest you to kindly provide a Staging Site (if possible) where I can thoroughly look after this concern on your Site because deactivating third party Plugins might affect some functionality on your Site and a bit of mess-up could be caused with this.

The below article will help you to create it:

    Regards,
