Currently, we don’t have a real device based on Android 4.4. But we are testing it using Browserstack service. It uses real devices to test the website remotely for any version. It is working correctly and all 4.x version of the android. Seems like you have some kind of cache issue on your particular device only. It will not happen for your customers. Check the video
