I am experiencing the same issue with slider animations on a fresh Woodmart installation and would appreciate your advice.
The Problem:
When accessing my site via a Remote Desktop (RDP) session (a non-GPU environment), the slider animations fail to trigger or render properly. However, when I open the official Woodmart Live Demo in another tab within the exact same browser and RDP session, the slider animations play smoothly without any issues. On a physical desktop with hardware acceleration enabled, both sites work fine.
What we have already tested/ruled out:
– Browser & Server Cache: Completely cleared browser cache, disabled caching plugins, and tested without CDN/server cache intervention.
– JS Libraries & Script Errors: No JavaScript errors in the browser console.
– CSS Performance Settings: Checked the Theme Settings -> Performance -> CSS/JS sections to force global loading of styles.
Since the official Woodmart Live Demo handles slider animations perfectly even in non-GPU / RDP environments, there seems to be a difference in asset loading or rendering behavior between the default setup and your demo setup.
Could you please let me know:
Which specific Performance / Asset / Animation Settings are configured on your official Live Demo server to handle slider animations so reliably?
How can I configure the Woodmart slider to rely on standard/static CSS transitions rather than waiting for JS-based scroll/visibility trigger events?
