Announcement / Notification bar on home page – not header

Hi,

I want to use a similar style announcement bar to this website:
(It is just beneath the navigation menu)

I have tried to use the blocks with 4 inner sections for text. However i cannot reduce the background. It is much bigger than I want. I have tried to reduce the margin and padding – with no luck whatsoever.

Please look at the screenshot attached.

Do you have an alternative suggestion to achieve the goal i want? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It caused by the inherit styles from Elementor https://prnt.sc/Z9jGb2-v18uB You can fix it by adding Custom Padding to Columns https://prnt.sc/Gv1mZOJcrbxW

When i try to reduce it it shows the – numbers however the actual column does not get smaller. When increase the padding it does get bigger..

So i have managed to fix it. Thank you!
