Any JS or CSS making my website slower

Hi,
I researched a lot and talked to many people. Right now, I’m using the Speed Optimizer plugin “SiteGround.” I could not use Defer Render-blocking JavaScript. I just excluded the helpers.min.js file, and now I can enable Defer Render-blocking JavaScript.
The problem is, when I enable the Minify JS option from the plugin, the website takes longer to load. The product image loads well on the product page, but the next and previous buttons take longer to appear, at least 4-5 seconds. You cannot click on the secondary image or the next/previous buttons during this time. If you click, the product image will open in a new tab. Please help me find the issue. I tried disabling all plugins, but I’m unable to identify which CSS or JS file is causing this issue.

Could you please record a video so we can see the difference when the option is turned on and off? Also, keep all plugins that are not related to our theme deactivated while testing.
