Any way to optimize Marquee and Video Elements?

Hi, I have a Marquee and Video element in the hero section of my site. It’s negatively impacting my Pagespeed score quite a bit.
I don’t want to remove them as I like the look. Maybe there is another way to achieve and optimize the same thing that I am not thinking of?

Largest Contentful Paint element – Google does not mean that the problem is created by our Marquee. It defined the Marquee as Largest Contentful Paint-Element and it loads fine. You need to optimize your site in general to improve this parameter.
