API connection Instagram doesn´t work

    Dear team,
    API connection with instagram doesn´t work. A business account in Facebook & Instagram exists and both are connected together. After connection there is nothing to choose. Only the message appears:

    Can you please support me. To many hours lost with trying without any solution

    sorry now is getting complicatet. What should i film, what should i do in this video. It is described as the Screen shown at the beginning of that coversation.
    Can we make a phonecall with anydesk oder teamviewer?
    Could you please login into the german platform of facebook ? The logindata are working on every browser her.
    I bought this Template for my customer because of the integration of Facebook.

    It isn´t working.

    We see that you have not created a business page, and we tried to create it, but Facebook did not allow it and wrote to try later. Therefore, try to do it later, and after you succeed, you need to log your Instagram account with this page in the settings.

    i am really tired with this bullshit still not working.
    Sorry, but i have a client who pays me for nothing happend.
    It is still not possible to create an new page on meta facebook. How many days should i wait until the message dissapears: you have created to many pages? there isn´t create any page…

    How many weeks should i wait until this conneting is established?

    I must create a shop, not a facebook connection.
