    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we could check it?

    No, I can’t do this! Sorry….I can’t disable them, is an up-running LIVE ecommerce website…

    Any other ideas?

    Yep, you can clone your website and move it to the staging platform so I can investigate it there.
