API request call error?

I’ve bought woodmart theme and try to activate my license. But I saw this message:
“API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version”

I’ve asked my hosting support about it and got an answer:
“You have already the 1.0+ version of OSSL system library:
@vh201 ~ $ openssl version
OpenSSL 1.0.2q 20 Nov 2018”

So, tell me, please, how to activate my licence and what’s wrong with it?
