API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL

    Hi,

    When I try to activate my theme I get “API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.”

    From an older post maybe it is a server IP block from you. I checked on the server and I have OpenSSL 1.0+ version – so it cannot be from here.

    Also when trying to install some plugins from you: Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

    Hello,

    Have you contacted the host support with these errors? Please provide your site admin access and confirm the permit to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to another theme for testing?
