API Server Can’t Be Reached

So i bought and paid for your woodmart theme to replace the flatsome theme my company uses for ecommerce and i cant even get the theme to install and we have never had issues like this with wordpress in the past 10 years. Really dissapointed as this theme came recommended and now we have screetched to a halt and cant do anything. I plug in our purchase code and it just gives me a red error. I attached a photo for reference. We really need this fixed or just give us a refund and we will go back to flatsome thanks

You need to contact your server provider and ask them to check what is wrong on their end.

I am working with the server provider to get this solved asap

So they have supposedly check everything as well as server logs and say that this is an issue with you guys. If this cant besolved by end of day today i will be requesting a refund as clearly i cant use the theme. I have a grand opening and thousands of dollars in advertising out already for our new website that is supposed to launch this wednesday.

We really need this fixed now

So soon as i threatened my host provider with a refund and going with a competitor the problem was magically fixed and the theme is now registered. Funny how that works. Anyways thanks for all your help
