I am hiving issues with your api call out to siteground. I have reached out to site ground and here is their response

I reviewed our server logs, however no requests coming from Woodmart is blocked on our end, nor outgoing requests are blocked.
I also disabled our security plugin, Security Optimizer, however the error still persists.
I also verified that their API is reachable from your server.
