DELAYONParticipantHi there! For some time now we are experiencing issues with API Connections. Effected connections include BillBee and Sendcloud for orders as well as Facebook for product synchs.
We have tried finding th issues troubleshooting, however couldn’t fix the issue by deactivating PlugIns. The Billbee support started investigating and found the following:<link rel=”stylesheet” id=”wd-int-el-animations-css” href=”https://delayon-eyewear.com/wp-content/themes/woodmart/css/parts/int-wbp-el-animations.min.css?ver=6.4.2″ type=”text/css” media=”all” />
Please have a look on how we can fix it. The page is live and function generally effected as some products are effected more than others.

DELAYONParticipantOur product and inventory sync don’t work and we always get error messages on Billbee. They have run an API request and saw this line via API.
July 12, 2022 at 12:09 pm #390456
DELAYONParticipantThey have run a test run on our API and this line was sent before the actual product info so the information can not be processed properly.
Original Message by the Billbee support:
Hallo Nico,
<link rel=”stylesheet” id=”wd-int-el-animations-css” href=”https://delayon-eyewear.com/wp-content/themes/woodmart/css/parts/int-wbp-el-animations.min.css?ver=6.4.2″ type=”text/css” media=”all” />

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, we need your Billbee account access and step-by-step instruction on how to run this sync to see the error. Also, send us your admin and FTP access from your WP website.

DELAYONParticipantHey!
Thanks for the message. Please find all info below and note that the raw data is not visible in billable and was recorded using fiddler.
Thanks,
Nico

Artem TemosKeymasterWhen we tried to run the import we are just logged out on the service. Here is a video https://gyazo.com/2c54379264ee99f68ec255e54f95bdf8

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We tried to run the import but we don’t see any API requests made. Could you please record a video about how to run this process and see the API request with the error you mentioned in the very first message?
Kind Regards

DELAYONParticipantYou should be able to replicate this error by starting a API request and observing the page response.
Please check the screenshot below, provided by BillBee support.
