Can you guide me with the css to do it and how to make some button inherit from the theme button settings/shapes.

HTML structure does not allow solving it by custom CSS. Such modification requires complicated Woocommerce code customization which is not covered by our support. You will need to find a developer who would customize the product page as per your needs.

I am using the woocommerce wishlist plugin it was working so goog with my old theme so now every time i click on wishlist it is just adding to cart.

Please check and disable theme built-in Wishlist: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/woodmart-wishlist/

Then check the problem. If the problem persists, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
